        Visited this BNZ branch as an international client to open up an account. I received incorrect information from the clerk, but the staff were also unfriendly and unhelpful. They also made me wait a long time before helping (even though I was first in the queue), and didnt seem like they wanted to assist me to open account the at all. Very disappointing and distressing experience. Not recommended.

      • Not A Lizard Person

        After dealing with the horrible bank that is ANZ for work, BNZ is so much friendlier and helpful. They even have an automatic change machine to break large bills, meaning I don't have to wait for tellers to be available.
