The team at Johnston Press constantly go above and beyond. I'm THAT customer who always wants things yesterday and gives them very tight turn around on print jobs. Johnston Press always come through for us. Aaron our sales reps is always professional and goes out of his way to drop off jobs or pick samples we need quotes on, saving us time and effort. Chetna's design work is always awesome as well. Fully recommend without hesitation.

Its unfortunate to have to give one star. Johnston press suck. It took tens days to get quote. Aarons pathetic excuse was he thought it was sent out the day I came in, the Receptionist confirmed she didnt get that done till 2 days. I finally walk Aaron through the design I want and get to print. Then get an email from Aaron that the card I choose is jamming and to just pop in and choose new card. When I die of course he was out and uncontactable! And didnt leave samples for me to look at!! And didnt tell anyone I might pop in. Then the manager of this joint (if you could call him that) goes ahead and prints out something for me as I am beside myself at this point. Turns out he printed black on white paper, I ordered gold on cream, and then only offered me a measly 20% discount!!! DONT BOTHER, there are people more deserving of your business

Jan was great! I had an urgent presentation which needed to be completed asap ad even though the company usually needs some warning, they printed this for me, were very friendly and looked great. Will be back.
