Liaised with Jayden to sort out new menus and specials for our new restaurant. Dealt with Benefitz in my years working for Hirequip and knew the quality they deliver, but boy was I even more impressed with the service!!!!! Not only was Jayden quick in responding and even the smallest change such as comma here and there no issue at all, the design team designed such a beautiful looking menu my partner had tears in her eyes yesterday when they arrived!!! Thank you Benefitz for one of the best customer service experiences I've had by anyone in a long time!!!!

I ordered & paid for an A3 print supplying you with a jpeg back on 14, July and subsequently emailed you once i realised i had not received any return email with a thank you / payment receipt or a notification to collect. I emailed again on 30, July with no response continuing weekly until this morning at 9.07am emailed via your website direct. Am shocked as you list 11 human people as employees - but you don't monitor your contact email which is listed on all your social media accounts or give a dam about your customers as it seems? I paid for an order al most 2 months ago and have had NO CONTACT, no EMAIL, no UPDATE & NO text or PHONE CALL in this time !! This is shocking & am now needing you to contact me URGENTLY to explain & have my order sent to me today. THank you NOT HAPPY !! Like Reply1 m
