Aramex North Shore (formerly Fastway Couriers)

Rebel Sports should stop using Aramex as its delivery partner. I had ordered parcels that showed up near my home delivery centre four days ago. I have called/emailed requesting that I want to pick up the parcel myself since I needed the items for my travel. The only response I get is that they are working on it, and it will be done urgently. No signs of it yet, and I will not have the goods with me on time. The service is pathetic, unreliable, and useless.

Terrible company to deal with , received a message saying unable to find premises even tho we were situated 2 minutes around the corner from the North Shore branch and correct address was on the package, rang customer service who told me there tracking number didnt exsist and I had to go back to sender to get the correct one also her english was terrible and very hard to understand on phone .So I decided to go to the Depot myself gave the lady number and no issues got my parcel.Just proved that the customer service lady had no idea what she was talking about and lied to me .

Even 1 star is too much. Called last Thursday to follow up on a delivery to us, was told the driver ran out of time and so returned it to the depot? Ok then what, it just sits there and doesn't get delivered? Online enquiry as a follow-up, I get told driver attempted to deliver it, ok when was this, considering I've been working from home. And then they ask what the address is, so if you don't even know where you're delivering to how do you know a delivery was attempted? Call today and some female tells me she will pass on info to correct place but can't tell me when it will be delivered, I try to find out who can I contact to get more info, she just repeats that she can pass on info and has given me all the info she can and basically was like if there's nothing else I can help with, goodbye. Absolute joke of a company, how are you still in business. I will not purchase from any company that uses these muppets to deliver their products.
