        I was trying to find my package that the delivery person lost and when I called them and asked if they had my package they put me in a 8 mins hold and told me "oh sorry the reception team is not there and we will call you back later"then I said thank you then they mucked me with my "Thank you" and rudely hung up the phone, abusolutly bullys don't ever go there.

        Extremely upset that every time when need to make an appointment Its very difficult to talk to the receptionist because they never answering the phone and/or make me get hold on the phone then hang up several times
