Blonde sales associate today had a bad attitude on her in the Albany mall. Very short and impatient, actually rapping on the table for me to give her the jewellery when there wasnt anyone behind me in line and I had briefly paused to check something. She asked for my email for the receipt and I asked if she wanted me to write it down instead as people get my name wrong all the time. Again I felt like she got very impatient and just told me to say it. Also used to work retail and would never have given a customer any attitude like that. Maybe it was a bad day for her but its put me off going there again.

Always a wonderful experience shopping there, however today I had a bit of an emergency, my dress strap snapped, the lovely lady working there helped me with the safety pin and saved my day. Thank you

10/10 recommend shopping here. I am a regular shopper at this store and i keep coming back to due to a specific member of staff- i believe her name is Han or Hannah (the store manager). She always goes above and beyond to ensure customers are greeted and asked if they require any assistance. I have been shopping in this store for many years and i believe she has also been working there for quite some time now. She is always there with a smile on her face ready to help me. Although she is often working by herself she still manages to give all customers a high level of customer service and the store always looks pristine! If higher management sees this review i believe she deserves some recognition for the customer service and store standards she upholds, that level of service is hard to find these days!

Could be better, what happened to your gift wrapping service or is this only in SA. Also your employee from Saturday's shift, 24 September can do with abit of kindness, courtesy and friendliness, I am a regular customer and have always had good experiences from previous purchases and your other stores. Who knows maybe she had a bad day, but should be given some training. She is too short with her customers, we should be able to ask questions without receiving the brush off!!
