        Bought earring(other stuff too)and earring fell down on shoulder, It was faulty one and went to get it fixed, They asked for $70 fees and told me we dont provide any services anymore BAD Experience @Albany mall shop

        Took my ring in for sizing. Felt like I was just a pain being there and making work for them and the lady was very rude. She gave me no documentation after she took my very expensive diamond ring so if anything happened to it I have nothing to show it was given to them for re sizing. Ill never go back to that store. Ive also tried ringing to see when my ring will be ready for pick up and no one ever answers the phone.
