Men's body products arrived this morning. Belle & Whistle . So disappointing the items were covered in clue on the silver tops and on the soap box. No way could you give these products as a gift. We tried to remove the glue but doesn't come off and the silver has come off the tops which looked so tacky as a glue hot gun had been used. We phoned and asked if we could send back for a refund as we could not use this product like it is. So surprised to be handed around to different people not offering any solution. When we said we wanted to send back for refund reply was don't want it back but no offer for a refund. Told we will get someone else to phone you. Basically comment that came across was to bad not our problem.
