Had an awesome experience in So Physio. Nicole is super friendly and professional. I got instant relief after first visit. She also took time to do a detailed analysis and prescribed home exercises which was really helpful. Would highly recommend.

Nicole is amazing! Young but so experienced and professional. I barely can move my right arm for three weeks. Then I can drive again right after the first treatment! Definitely the best physiology therapist in Auckland!

Amazing physio ! Nicole has helped me with my long term muscle and joint issue. I had also acutely lost strength in my right arm. Nicole helped me immensely, regaining strength and correcting my long standing issues. These were also issues that other physiotherapists couldn't fix. She is extremely professional and is great at making me feel at ease. Thank you, Nicole !!

I have had a back ache for in excess of thirty years, For many years I had treatment from a highly regarded rheumatologist. He gave me vigorous manipulations that stopped the discomfort for a few months, but the ache always returned. When he died I started going to an osteopath who gave me very similar treatment with similar results. After a number of years his treatment no longer worked. My GP prescribed Paracetamol which eased the pain but of course did not cure anything. Then a friend spoke highly of Nicole so I went to her. Her treatment was totally different. She said she would not treat the symptoms but would treat the cause. Her treatment was gentle and involved a great deal of testing and exercises for me to do at home. It was not quick but it worked. I have been pain free now for five months. I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough.
