        We were really struggling with our sons school shoes, he is hard on shoes and has very wide but average length foot. We went and saw Josh at Albany and left him to it with our son. Shoes that he had refused to look at let alone try were purchased with a grin. Such amazing service, Josh you really have no idea how much you helped us. You've gained a permanent customer

Caitlin looked after my partner and I for around an hour ensuring we had the chance to see lots of different options and giving amazing product knowledge. She had amazing customer service and patience. She really listened to what we were looking for and gave excellent advice. Definitely would come here again!
