Julia has been the most amazing trainer and mentor. She has abundant knowledge, which she pairs with fierce dedication to see her clients make real changes in their bodies. She makes training sessions so much fun! They are varied and challenging, and there is often a "score" to try and beat - whether it be one set by her or your own PB. She knows exactly when to push you that little bit more, and when you've reached your limit. Best of all, her love for her work and for connecting with people shines through, and you come away feeling like you've had a sweat session with a mate or big sis. Julia is the best - definitely choose her as your trainer!
