Personal Trainer Northshore

I've tried personal trainers before and had hit and miss results, I was working out from home anyway and thought I was doing a good job but I was clearly wrong!. Rob is incredibly dedicated, focused and professional. What I like most about his approach, is he wants to educate on how to get the most out of training. He explains everything clearly, and provides great insight into using techniques outside of the gym. An excellent trainer to help change unhealthy habits that most of us develop when we're working in demanding jobs. I'm chuffed to see the results over the past month and I'm more excited to see results from consistent training! Rob is unlike any other, and working out here is an investment in health for the long term. Would recommend very highly. In summary, the best decision I made this year!

Hi everyone. Today I would like to talk about a very special person who's name is Robb. I am getting training from him from almost 3 months and I can proudly say that he is an incredible trainer. The very first thing I liked about him that he is very real. I still remember when I first met him to have a quick chat about the course and he straight away put me to do the exercise and gave me a valuable advice according to my body structure and lifestyle. Another thing I liked about him that he is very committed towards his own fitness as well. For example, he is in Fitness world more than 40 years. And during this time, he shaped his body in various ways according to different age levels. I can confirm it by seeing his old pictures. Another thing I liked about him that he has great work ethics. For example, he put his 100 percent concentration on their clients and keep motivating them, listening to them and continue to give his valuable advice to them. Moving further, when I started getting training from Robb, I gain an extreme confidence level and started looking myself in a very good shape in the near future. I am also learning discipline from him which is also helping me in my personal life as well. Also I am more committed now and got more work ethics because of Robb. My goal was to gain weight and also come in a shape in which I am very near to achieve that. For example, I already gained 6 kg weight and my body started getting in shape. Now I got more encouragement to increase my goals. And I am very confident that I will get success to achieve all my goals because I have a great trainer with me. I would definitely give an idea to everyone to have a quick chat with Robb about your goals and I am confident that this idea can change your life. Thanks

Before I started getting help from Rob and Michelle, I was very unfit and quite overweight, I wouldnt go to a gym regularly as I wasnt confident in the gym and didnt want to embarrass myself in-front of others. Rob and Michelle gave me confidence with working out in the gym, helped me to take control of my eating habits and get into cooking my own food and most of all they helped me to lose weight and feel healthy for once. I highly recommend them as they are the answer to your struggles with weight and eating habits and make it seem easy and assist you with changing your lifestyle.
