Identified a problem we had spent four years trying to solve in about an hour. Huge excavation work required in the back yard, but the clean up was exemplary. Very happy with the work.

I called them for leak detection. We had leak in May-2019. They suggested that it was the mains. They fixed this. I did not want full mains replacement that was suggested. In january-2020, there was another leak, so I called them again. Suggestion was, mains again, needs full replacement this time. Also, toilet is leaking, they said. Both quotes, $2200. After engaging another plumber, it happened to be hot-water cylinder. Mike was really adamant that it was mains and he did not want to look any further. His words: "in my experience , it is mains. and I am in this business for 20 years." He is suggesting expensive repairs without any reasons. I found him arrogant and dismissive.

0 Star Plumbing would be more accurate. Mike Mullany is the most unprofessional tradesman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Our issues were from 2016 when they were brought in to plumb up a new kitchen waste disposal and sink. The short story is it failed (leaked through the cabinetry) within a year. They are unwilling to accept responsibility and won't do remedial work (without charge), so I leave an honest accounting on NoCowboys. I then receive a call (a 4min rant) from Mike Mullany threating to "take you for 50k for defamation of character" and that "I must make a retraction" and send a letter to thier lawyers confirming such. I didn't. This is the most bizarre way to conduct business I have ever witnessed. I'm sure there will be some dismissive response posted here, but it's pretty hard to argue with plumbing that needs to be held together by bungee cords. Service: Garbage disposal installation
