I enjoyed my experience with Gary and his team very much Gary is a man of his word. He is open, trustworthy and humble. He is able to provide honest market feedback in a caring manner that lessens the impact on a client's possible expectations. Gary's is a great communicator. Firstly, because the client is continuously kept in the loop at each stage of the process. Secondly, as he is very experienced, he makes the process seem easy. Thirdly, he delivers, an outcome agreeable to both buyer and seller. And as a bonus, Gary has a great sense of humor.
