After viewing over 15 rental properties, I met Donna. The first Property Manager who straight off the bat communicated respectfully and genuinely, asked me questions, had a laugh and listened to my story. I learnt quickly that she had a heart of gold and she loves to help people which makes her outstanding at her job. Dealing with Donna has been nothing short of amazing - she went absolutely over and above for me to get into the most perfect rental for me and my three boys and continues to do so, checking in and making sure everything is tickityboo.
