We were referred to Sophie and Wallace. They helped us sell couple of our new builds for the amount they appraised. During the process they kept us well informed of what was happening. They worked really hard to get the buyers up in price to where we wanted. They were very patient, extremely hard working and we could reach them any time of the day. Wallace went the extra mile to assist me with the little work I had to finish on the properties. Sophie is very astute and operates in a very professional way. Hats off to both. We have used Wallace and Sophie for the sale of two houses this year. Both times they have worked very hard to get a great result for us. They have excellent communication, enthusiasm and understanding of our needs. They also have great contacts with buyers and trades people. On one occasion organising a last minute building inspection prior to the auction.
