        Pathetic service. One staff member on the counter. 20 minute wait for a Sim card. Q hasnt moved one place. Recommend going to be a retail store outside of Albany mall

        The help was polite and helpful, but really slow. This was causes long queues. It took the sales person almost 30 minutes to work why the new app was not accepting monthly payments.
