        Worst customer service I have ever seen. Staff who don't seem to care about their customer at all. It's like they are here against their will. A smile, a hello, a goodbye are free. I've been to this shop twice and I've been received in the same way. If possible run away from this shop!

        Staff in the store is useless. I came to buy a sim card for my relative, who is coming to New Zealand. I got only an option of $49/month. I tied to get $29 option, but I was told that they ran out of sim cards and they can't help me with anything and suggested to get a sim card somewhere else. Ok, Spark store does not have sim cards. Fair enough. I went to a supermarket and got $5 sim and activated prepaid plan. I would rate it with 1 star, but it did not take much time to understand that the spark staff is helpless, therefore, 2 stars.
