Poor customer service in store. I was returning a faulty item (a small hole under the stitches) in the Albany store, they refused to refund it because it was on clearance. I wanted to show the lady where the faulty area but she refused to see it and told me to fix it at home because it was on clearance. She kept saying youve paid a good price from the sale of the original price so you can just fix it yourself. She was not willing to listen and very rude with no patience. Very disappointed at her customer service without professional training.

With Ezibuy closing down I would have assumed that any purchases made prior to their (liquidation Sale) would still be covered under their consumer guarantee to refund or exchange if the item is faulty. In februaryI bought 10 dresses with 3 of the dresses having the same style number. When they arrived I fitted them on and was quite happy with the shape and length they however when I washed 2 of them they noticably shrunk, from covering my knees the dresses now sat above my knees. When I took the dresses in to Exibuy the manager on duty had a demeaning attitude and refused to return the items she even had a problem with the dresses being washed. (hmmmmm) after much back and forth she reluctantly accepted 2 of the dresses as online returns but the third dress she refused to accept. She also told me that if I didnt get my refund in 2 weeks I should go to my bank and ask them to reverse the initial payment for the 10 dresses. This comment obviously made me weary as to whether I will get my refund as it still has not reflected. Such a huge disappointment as like many customers I have been shopping at Ezibuy for many many years and barely ever returned items.
