Im actually super disappointed because I have always loved this shop and the staff. I went in with my partner and I to purchase an outfit for our anniversary. I ended up getting a play suit and a long jumpsuit. When I went up to the counter the lady behind there (short hair) didnt make any eye contact with me and continued to conversate with my partner about his tattoos I didnt care much, but then she continued to say that the outfit (play suit) should have pants worn underneath it!!? And then asked my partner if Im allowed to wear that in public? With his response being she can wear whatever she wants in public we both looked at each other stunned that a staff member that the right to talk about what she thought was the correct thing to wear out or not. Regardless its an item that DOTTI sold me, and I felt extremely unconfident after leaving the shop. The other staff- who could of been the manager tried to desperately save the convo and tried to stir the Convo elsewhere but it wont be forgotten, as I walked out they were both laughing in the shop. Ive spent hundreds here so it really has set me back. I dont think Ill be back :(

I had the best shopping experience today thanks to store manager Emma Hancock! After walking around trying to find something to pair with the cutest boho top she advised black pants. I told her how I loved the leather ones they have but was unsure about the fit and before I knew it she had pictures out showing me how they sat on her and how she paired it with cute tops and I was sold! Her vibe and energy completely won me over to buy the pants and I left feeling so pumped to try it all on! Thanks Emma ! You rock !
