Ridiculous company. The first time I ordered the product, it was lost on the way. However, Icebreaker did not contact me, and only when I contacted them after a few weeks did I get my money back. I was encouraged by Icebreaker to order again, which I did. They withdrew money a second time, but I never received the item. Again no word from Icebreaker. Again, it was only after my inquiry that I was informed that Icebreaker does not update their website very often and that the product was sold out when I ordered it. I will never order Icebreaker again, but will shop from other providers of Merino clothing in the future. Today they asked me to review my recent purchase - what can I say...

Gosh she remembered my name from 2 weeks ago. Better stock at Ponsonby shop, maybe than other icebreaker stores. Its always expensive but Ive been a huge fan from the start. I think the front zip jumper is a fantastic garment and I have them in many colours. I love the long underwear. I used to wear the T-shirts but I had problems with rash. I may be super sensitive and prefer cotton on my upper body skin. I use it every day, winter skiing and cold summer outings on a daily basis all sports and occasions. I prefer the simple styling they seem to be doing now The new owners should be better for the brand

Some of the best retail staff Ive ever met. There to help and answer questions but not too pushy. They know their product.
