        I suspect the customer service training at this store goes something along the lines of "ignore anyone who comes into the store and make them wait as long as possible". I've been to this Mecca three times now and this has happened each time. I only go here cos it's easier than the Commercial Bay one - fantastic customer service there.

        Honestly love Mecca and most of the products that Ive sampled, but Ive found this store has the best customer service. Zoe helped me find some new hydrating moisturiser and recommended some facial masks as well as offered samples of another product. Thanks :)

        Do not recommend going here if youre a person of colour and looking for a safe space. I mentioned that I personally found the shades confronting after being given PUNJAB and FIJI to try. After providing this feedback, the response from the white guy was defensive, dismissive, and incredibly belittling.
