I wanted to have breakfast, but was not a guest of the hotel. The manager refused me, even though the restaurant was empty and it was 0700. There should be a disclaimer that you must be a hotel guest to be served by this restaurant.

Great view with no service. It wasnt busy when we went. Water and food didnt get served for 35mins so we had to ask staff twice. The manager then served water with silence. A waiter dropped forks and knives three times next to our table during our meal. Another waiter came back to us ask us what drink we ordered just a minute ago. We just ordered two drinks.. Food wise, Wagyu wasnt good quality at all so one of us went to bathroom to spit out.. and most dishes were salty. I have to mention sashimi and oysters were good though. When we made a payment the waiter had to call manager for us to use hotel voucher which took a while again. I dont think I will ever go back to be honest.

I brought my important client last Friday. The Ginger beer is not coming end of the food. the Entree ( Beef Tataki ) came after the main ( the waitress asked me and i said please come earlier than main) we order three beef steaks and one risotto the steaks are all wrong, one is the medium well done. but came medium rare.. The Ordered was messed up. and i was so embarrassed .i paid $400 for the Accor hotel membership to visit here quite often. I reported you because i don't want to see the same mistake again. If your employee is not trained please do not make them work. here is not MCDONALD. Very disappointed today.
