We dined at Andiamo for my husband's birthday dinner. The food was absolutely delicious and was presented well. The restaurant itself had nice vibes. I love the low lighting and general design. Unfortunately the staff were a bit all over the place. We brought a lovely birthday cake in which we paid a serving charge for and the waitress brought it out without the candles lit and she then lit them at the table which was disappointing as we were pretty close to the kitchen and it killed the surprise for my husband as no one knew when to sing. They were quite slow bringing the mains and weren't checking up on us with drinks enough. I just expected more in terms of service from a restaurant like this. We were also charged a cake serving charge for 2 babies that we ordered ice cream for. Food amazing. Service.... a bit below average. Kid-friendliness: Provided a good kid's menu with good sized meals.
