Thoroughly enjoy the pilates classes with Sue and Andrea at Turning Tide Pilates Studio having started in the last 12 months. The personal guidance and teaching have resulted in my gaining strength and knowledge of the exercises. The studio fosters a strong sense of community which is encouraging of all who come to classes.

By far the best pilates studio in Auckland if not the world. Sue&Andrea are highly skilled teachers with endless enthusiasm. Top- class reformers and equipment in a serene and beautiful environment. I look forward to my class each week.

I cannot recommend Turning Tide Pilates highly enough led by the phenomenal instructors - Sue and Andrea. It's taken me decades to finally find an exercise activity that places my personal journey of physical well-being at the core of every class. Sue and Andrea have created a Pilates studio where you feel at home instantly, there is no judgement, just a warm welcome and their dedication to helping you. The aches and pains that have dogged me for years have gone, my core strength is improving as well as my flexibility. I wish I had discovered Turning Tide years ago!

As a pilates teacher myself, I find Andrea and Sue are both very friendly and teach with a lovely personable manner. I have really enjoyed their movement and pilates classes encompassing all the different methods they have been trained in. Always look forward to their classes!
