An Absolute Professional Nicole came to us with an extensive knowledge of the local area, and a comprehensive plan. She was an absolute dynamo, and I have never seen an agent with so much energy, nor someone who has worked so hard with us to ready a property and get it sold. In this unsure market, our property sold in a week, with a price we did not expect. This would not have been possible without Nicole, who was absolutely tireless. We are hoping to stay in our dream location for a good long while, but I would not hesitate to use Nicole as our agent again. I would recommend her to anyone.

We have no doubt that Nicoles knowledge, skills and the way she valued relationships with us and her potential buyers is the reason why we got the most ideal outcome for our home. Nicole talked us through the full process and kept us updated throughout. You could tell through her communications how much time she spent with each potential buyer. She managed both sides of the relationships so well. Being in the market for as long as we have, we had some mixed perceptions about agents but Nicole scrapped that pretty quickly. She educated us, guided us and made sure we enjoyed the process! During a time where things can get the most stressful, we didnt feel it at all. I still remember Nicole saying the day we listed, now the rest is for us to take care of, and that she did. She owned it and we couldnt have asked for a better person to celebrate with!
