Top dollar in a terrible market. Sarah and JK pulled off the impossible when selling our house. Interest rates were sky high, the market flopped and all around us were tales of woe and a standard "20%" below CV expectation. But we needed a high price to move to our dream house and we asked the impossible. At a time when houses were on the market for months, this dream team got us cash unconditional at the price we needed in 2.5 weeks. These two agents (plus the lovely Winnie) are the best out there. We highly recommend them.

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Well, what can I say...... we decided to sell our much loved villa in Mt Eden knowing the current market was pretty tough. We expected the experience to be pretty stressful, but it was anything but. Right from the first meeting Sarah and Julie made us feel relaxed and at ease, we felt completely able to 100% put our trust in them - and that feeling continued throughout the whole selling experience. They are always professional and have a huge amount of combined wisdom about all things "real estate", with a wealth of knowledge and sound advice. But what we appreciated even more was their warmth and care for us. We felt they genuinely cared about us and our best interests, and it wasn't just all about a sale for them. They said to us at the beginning of the process that they put people first, and that is most definitely true. They achieved a great selling price for us after a multi-offer in a tough market. Our selling experience was so positive, and we are so grateful to Sarah and Julie. If you are thinking of selling your home, you can't do any better than these two!

Above & Beyond. I cant say enough about Adam Gurr and the exceptional service he provided in selling my house during tough market conditions. Despite the challenges Adam went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale. From the start, Adam demonstrated dedication and professionalism. The communication was prompt and transparent, which made me feel confident throughout the process. But what truly, impressed me was the unwavering commitment to overcome obstacles.
