1. They changed their route without prior notice. 2. They combined two flights into one without any explanation. They have saved money over our time. 3. They wouldnt let check my bag in in order to prevent from overloading. Instead, they gave me a bettet seat at the front. But as I was borading they handed out a new ticket which has a seat at the very back. 4. Delayed deaprture of course. This is unprofessional and outragous. + the flight attendant was super kind though.

Dont fly with this airline they are cutting corners and not safe. Flights delayed at both airports, very rude on ground staff at Wanganui, billed twice for tickets.

Air chathams, DO BETTER! Absolutely zero custumers service and rude staff! Your airattendant wasnt there in time so we left late witch made that our airplane got turned arround 15 minutes before landing due to the weather that had kicked in during the time we where flying there. You left an airplane with heaps of elderly people to figure it out, no help at all for the handicapped people on the plane not even for getting to the gate. I am absolutely disgusted... loved the scream your 'receptionmanager' had at us at wel when obviously people where upset. when told there would be nothing of help or compensation for us at 5pm on a public holliday. It cost us an extra $500 dollars. Should have flown qantas. Never have i ever seen this before in 12 years of frequent flying. I can only say if you can fly with a different airline, DO IT!

Absolutely disgusted in the integrity of management from this airline. After hearing our flight was delayed due to the stewardess being late, we departed from Auckland to Norfolk island. Roughly 45 minutes prior to landing we were understanbly advised that our flight had to return to auckland as it was unsafe to land(had we departed on time we would have arrived at our final destination on time), at the time we were told we would be greeted by the reservations team who would assist with providing or finding a solution to accommodate the 30 passengers on board until we could fly again the next day. That was nice and reassuring to hear! Once we arrived, we were all told we had to clear customs and meet the reservations team at our original check in spot... we were then greeted by the reservations manager who had zero sympathy for any of the passengers and blatantly advised us that they were not responsible for any of the passengers and that they would do nothing to assist us whilst showing text messages from on her phone from the GM who was also saying they had no responsibility for their passengers. Obviously we had a plane full of upset passengers who she began to yell at and only began trying to be helpful once she became overwhelmed by the fact that she was in the wrong. End of the day we ended up having to fork out well over $400 each to find and get to a hotel for the night. On a positive note, we had a fantastic stewardess the next day when we successfully flew back to Norfolk! Can't remember the name but her service gave me a little hope that they are doing something right.
