        If you are using the refundable ticket option be aware that it can take over 7 weeks or more to get a refund...who knows, still unable to get a refund or be helped out in any significant way. Great flights, absolutely shocking backup service.

        Have travelled to the magic motu of Aotea several times now. Great, straightforward experience with the airline every time. We depart and return to the North Shore airfield its easier than Auckland airport for parking and just generally a more fun adventure!
