Quality Rent A Car (NZ)

Here at Quality Rent a Car, they do kind of a Rent to Own/Lease with cars. You pick a car you like put down a $500 bond. And depending on the car you would be paying around $100 - $150 may be a little more per week. After the first year, you can decide if you want to give the car back and take your $500. Or continue with the lease/contract, and forfeit your bond. During the term of the contract the company takes care of the wof, rego and mechanical repairs and your tyres. They have an on-site mechanic. Shaayal is in the office and is the one to see if you are looking for this type of deal. Very nice young lady, easy to talk to and she'll take care of you. same scheming people trying to steal money off you as Quality Car Rentals. Be aware. I can only pray to god that they dont trap more travellers. STAY AWAY!!!!! THEY WILL BE YOUR REOCCURING NIGHTMARE!!!

Dont try to disguise yourself. These are the same people for Quality car rentals. They are thieving scammers. They've got the commerce commission on their tail. Do not give them your credit card number. They will steal as much as they can from your card!!! And stop making fake IDs on google to try to give yourselves good review! Its sick! Own up to what you did and still doing!

Some of the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Our rental car we had paid for didn't work and after waiting around for an hour for the "mechanic" she then told us we had to pay an "upgrade" fee to get a different rental! Overall awful experience and incredibly rude staff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
