Pick up the car at 8pm even though it is out of business hours. The service staff still sent text messages and emails in advance to inform the location of the car. The car landed at a public car park at 8pm and there was a shuttle bus for only 45nzd. On the day of returning the car, the front desk staff checked the car very quickly and we informed that the plane was about to take off and they used the backup shuttle bus to send us to the airport! All in all a very good experience.

The local car rental company in New Zealand, the front desk staff are very patient. I have never seen such a cheap car with a good service attitude. Our plane was delayed and they were patiently waiting for us to arrive and provide a free shuttle bus.
