Initially I was impressed by the price. However, upon entering the vehicle, every drive was in mandarin - no issue, but give me instructions to change language? I can deal with this. The worst issue, I left my phone in the vehicle, a simple mistake. I rang them; there is no phone in the vehicle. Obviously Im a touch concerned. I go on find my iPhone - its in their car park. I phone them there is no phone here. I then take a taxi to their depot where Im told its must be on the floor, its not in our car. I search constantly then I activate the find my iPhone alarm and guess whatthe same car immediately appears around the corner with a sounding alarm and mysteriously the phone was in the boot. Avoid these scammers at all cost!!!

Excellent experience. A convenient pick-up from the airport by the shuttle, fast check-in process. Car is tidy inside and in good technical condition - runs well. Great price/quality ratio.

Don't book through these people. Left us stranded at the air port and we had to get a taxi all the way to henderson as my car was behind a fence and no body picking up the phone. Extremely bad service....
