very friendly and welcoming staff, respectful towards their customers. very flexible and shows great patience towards their customers. Case managers are very reliable and understanding. They don't judge their customers. They are very helpful. Security staff is always welcoming and wearing smile on their face. Very helpful. Whole team deserves 10/10 Highly recommended

I really appreciate the help that they have given me and my family 5 Stars goes to MATIVA TUSEGA she was my social worker and she has been providing us with all that we need during our time at Emergency housing and helping us to move on to transitional housing, Thank you very much for the lovely and friendly service

Security is very good here. They have 1 security outside the entrance,, 1 security sitting at a desk just inside the entrance and another security walking around inside making sure everything is fine. The reception ladies are all polite. Everytime ive been its always busy but feels pretty safe with the security guards around.
