        Did not reply to our text when we told them our pickup time. Ended up having to spend $40 on a taxi to the car park after waiting 25 minutes for them to arrive. Do not use this car park!

        I would recommend paying more and going with another provider. Very slow service with not great driving. Long wait in the rain on departure and arrival. Can't call them to see how far away they are as they only receive text messages.

        Terrible terrible customer service. Lady on the phone yelling at me and no clear communication. Didnt even get an email confirmation. Pretty basic stuff receive after booking online. Would not recommend and would not come back.

        Didn't expect it to be good because of the previous reviews... but actually I had a good experience, with the price and service. But it's true that the park road is unsealed, not too convenient if you have many luggages, it's fine if you are traveling light
