Another great experience with Flyaway! The team are always helpful, fun and friendly, shuttles come quickly and regularly, and I got my car back within a couple of minutes of arriving back at the depot. Thanks!

Rudest lady for pickup. Not just me, every customer that called (she had every caller on speakerphone). Everyone cringed! Way to welcome folks to North Island. We all got emails with instructions to call for pickup. We simply were following instructions. Never heard anyone so rude. 9th of April, around 5pm. I had a fantastic experience with Flyaway when the shuttle driver for the hotel that I was meant to be heading to, drove off just as I approached the shuttle to hop in. Lawrence from Flyaway witnessed my frustration at this happening and was so kind as to offer a ride in his shuttle to my hotel instead. I was so thankful because it was nearly 10pm and he definitely did not need to do this but he did
