        We do research to choose a kiwisaver to join. Decide on asb. Since we're not a customer an email tells us to bring a form of id and proof of address. We do this. Man then tells us we need TWO forms of id. Email did not say this. Ok. So have to come back. I confirm to man that birth certificate is ALL we need to bring back?Nothing else? He has seen id and proof of address already. YES he says. So we go back today only to be told other id and proof of address ISNT showing as sighted! Its in the car parked across the road. Are not allowed to get it and come back cause the bank is closed!! Told lady i asked the man last week and he confirmed only birth cert needed. The COWARD didnt even look at me. Stuff you and stuff ASB. We dont need to be treated like this and waste our time. Will go elsewhere.
