        Really disappointed and felt humiliated by one of the staff member. Unacceptable treatment. Will never go back to Westpac.

        Ridiculous. The deposit function hasnt worked on the ATM a this branch for weeks . So no choice but to stand in a queue that stretches for miles as had to deposit cash . Waited over an hour to get served obviously minimal staff on and half the people probably wouldnt have to be waiting in line if the deposit function was working . Youd really think its a simple thing to have a deposit function actually functioning . Get ya act together westpac .
