The staff at Frith & Laird are always very friendly, helpful and professional. Their service is prompt and they always go the extra mile - a special thanks to Robert. They are very helpful with the selection of glasses and any queries you may have with regards to your eyes. Our family have been customers for over 20 years.

Used to be good but no longer. Rude receptionist who doesn't bother to acknowledge you when you arrive. Had to say excuse me twice, before she acknowledged me, then when she did I had to wait for her to finish what she was doing before she let optometrist know I was there. Then I sit there waiting while the optometrist is having her lunch apparently! No apology for this - just a 'I'm human too & I'm running behind & I have to have my lunch'. When I told her my time is just as valuable & I am actually the customer who is PAYING HER for her time, she said that the appointment was for 45min & I would still get all the checks done - so in other words my appointment would be cut short & rushed?? They treat customers with distain & the receptionist is arrogant and dismissive. Go elsewhere if you can.

We have been with this practice for a number of years and have always received professional and caring service. The optometrists take time to listen and are knowledgeable in all areas of eye health.
