We loved our home so much but a move in cities meant that sadly we needed to sell. We had seen Liz and Andys signs around Bayview and had heard good reviews but never could we imagine the attentive care they took to their work and the relationship we would build with them. They worked hard making it look effortless for us and sold our property with an amazing result that exceeded our expectation and with a record sale in our area!! We LOVED the support and guidance not only from Liz and Andy, but their entire team, (from photographers, to their PA, and right through to the Ray White owners), who got behind them and us every step of the way. What an amazing group of people, if we had to do it again, we would always go with this amazing team and if anyone is thinking of doing it - DO IT WITH Liz & Andy, Ray White legends!

A tough process made easier from working with the Kings of Bayview. A few complications were quickly dealt with effectively but the team were definitely put to the test on this one. Thanks to their consistency, hard work and being approachable to all involved they got the job done. We felt like we could ask them anything and get an honest answer back, which is something we were sceptical about when picking an agent to sell our home. After a lot of meetings with other agents in the area and a very picky decision, I know we made the right decision with the Kings of Bayview.
