Andy Ling helped us sell our house. He was flexible, working around our schedule, available whenever we needed. He was communicative, letting us know what was happening and explaining to us our options. He was results focussed, securing multiple offers in a very tough down market we still managed to sell our place within a short timeframe and above CV. The fact that Andy was backed by the Barfoot network was a big plus. Multiple offers including the final one we accepted were via the Barfoot agent network. We had considered selling the place ourselves directly but I don't think we'd have been able to get as much interest as Andy was able to secure.

Great experience. Gurvik understood our requirements and got right into it. We closed our purchase within a month of starting with a max of 5 viewing. He is really good and well experienced, we learned a lot from him as first time buyers. Will surely go with him for our next purchase.

We couldn't have done it without Andy! Andy was and still is so dedicated and caring as an agent, which is rare. He feels like he is apart of our family. He was insightful and prompt with his responses. But also really took the time to care about us and our family as well as our needs when it came to buying a house. It felt impossible but Andy was right there with us, helping each step of the way! We have one gentlemen we buy cars from (thanks to his amazing service) and I guess now we have our real estate agent for houses going forward with Andy! Buying a first home is not an easy task, especially with a limited budget and a picky family. From Day One, Lili was professional and super-patient and helped us every step of the way. Weve been to many open homes from North Shore to the West and Central Auckland. She proactively contacted the listing salespeople when we showed an interest after the home viewings, to get information to help us making decisions. Lili was available and patient when answering all our questions. In this first-home buying process, weve been through a lot and learned from Lili. It has been a truly memorable experience. She even supported us, up until the fall of the hammer. I cant imagine how we could have bought such a perfect home with such an excellent deal, without Lili. Now, we are all excited to move in. Again, I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Lili from the bottom of our hearts. We would highly recommend Lili to all our friends looking to buy or sell a property.

Highly Recommend Sukh was wonderful to work with. He was very professional, experienced and helpful. He was upfront and able to find multiple offers for our home despite uncertain housing market. He was extremely communicative, was always available and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. His advice and support through closing was invaluable. I wouldnt work with anyone else!
