The Co-operative Bank

They used to be very family orientated but since the change of staff I no longer feel comfortable having my family with this bank. They are also now happy to get you into debt and even if they allow something they shouldnt have (henderson manager before she was promoted - another member had caught on but said, and I qoute "oh no, she shouldnt have allowed this but uh, she manager now so.."), then refuse to help you in anyway to get out. The first issues we let slide, this however shows lack of care for their customers intirely and more so caring for money thay can make, and steps they can climb. I wish I could rate it 0 stars.

Very unprofessional and rude. Came down planning to ask for mortgage advice or any advice on investment (property investment), but she didn't bother to open the door and kept on pointing at the note, saying they were having technical issues (I know how to read), instead of having a professional chat or listen to any queries, staff just mentioned that everything is online. Very very uncomfortable talking to her outside the building while she was inside (BIG TIME).

If I could could you no stars I would you service is non existing!! I have wasted so much time waiting for someone to answer you call center. You have to go into the bank for alot of things and you only have two banks Branches open in weekend. Worst bank of all time!!!
