We recently purchased a newbuilt home in Henderson, and it ended up being overly complicated. Jay at The Henderson Branch was extremely helpful and even took time on her days off to help us. Her customer service is immaculate and our first home purchase might have fallen through without her. We will be doing all of our banking and other services with Kiwibank from now on. Highly recommended.

Why are you able to take money out of the account during the holiday period, but when it comes to depositing you do it at the last possible time of the day after the public holidays? Where is that money in the meantime, I though EFTPOS meant electronic funds transfer at the point of sale, but apparently it is more like, we take your money hold on to it as long as possible for our own gain, then deposit it at the LATEST possible time. Why in the 21st century are these things not automatic???? Daylight robbery

Bad service. Went on a Saturday to make EFTPOS for our 13 year old who has a joint account with the mum, were told to bring her passport so we went home and came back then told to get proof of address. She's 13 living with us. And we are long time kiwibank customers. We were told that her EFTPOS card will be sent to our home address within 10 days, but nothing arrived. The person who attended to us at kiwibank were so distracted, she even spoke in a non English language to her colleague in our presence. There was a child in one of the office. A month later we went to the northwest branch and got her card done in 30 minutes. Never going to westcity branch again!
