        This place is amazing.I was skeptical until I finished my 7 days trials.A very high level of customer service !!! Friendly and knowledgeable.Easy , absolutely nothing to complain about. 10/10 would recommend to Families and Friends.Thank you ,to the owner ,and the fantastic team for your service. Always makes everyone feels comfortable and I enjoyed it

        F45 Henderson hasnt been just a gym but has also been a place of refuge of me with how incredible the team are! They are approachable, hilarious and make you feel so comfortable and welcome! I went on my own and didnt know anyone and havent left! Would highly recommend anyone to try it out! Youll find another family here!
