We first met Melvin and Alyshia when purchasing a property in the Waitakere Township. They were accommodating over the New Years summer break period to enable viewings of the property with our young children and extended family members who we needed to cater for. Within that first meeting, it was evident that Alyshia was very skilled in her knowledge about property legislation, and was not shy to discuss aspects about zoning, LIM, building and resource consents, which most real estate agents shy away from. She and Melvin were very clear, factual and realistic about the current property market and we, therefore, felt comfortable that they were the right real estate partnership to sell our current property. They provided realistic advice to ensure that the property was in its best presentation and gave us true expectations in terms of pricing in the current financial market. They and the Barfoot and Thompson team provided an amazing result of a sale agreement within 10 hours of going onto the market, in a slow selling environment, and helped the buyer along the process to enable an unconditional settlement earlier than expected. Melvin and Alyshia are active in giving back to the community they live and work within and truly seek to provide the best real estate service to any customer in any location.
