I am happy to share my review of Hygrade motors that I have been using as my only trusted service center for the past 15 years. I wouldn't trust my Mercedes GL500 with anyone other than them. They have consistently provided me with outstanding service and exceptional customer care. From the moment I enter their workshop, I am greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always eager to assist me with my needs. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable, and there are plenty of amenities such as free Wi-Fi, magazines and coffee to enjoy while I wait. The technicians at this service center led by Ashok, are highly skilled and experienced, and they always take the time to thoroughly explain any issues with my car and the recommended repairs. I have never had any issues with their work, and my car always runs smoothly after being serviced at this center. In addition to their excellent service, they also offers fair and competitive pricing. They never try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or services, and I always feel confident that I am getting the best value for my money. Overall, I cannot recommend this car service center highly enough. Their outstanding service, knowledgeable staff, and fair pricing have earned my trust and loyalty over the past 15 years. Hygrade Motors is a fantastic one-stop shop for all car-related works, including WOF, servicing, panel beating, tires and wheel alignment. They service all car types and models at a very affordable price without compromising quality. The staff are very friendly and always want to help you in every way possible. On my recent visit to get my car AC fixed, I received expectational service at a very low price. They also washed the car before handing it back. Overall I always had a VERY POSITIVE experience.
