Got the new tyres from Hyper Drive so booked them for fitting, rotation and alignment. All the work was done well and good, no issues regarding that. The rims were wrapped black matte. And they have damaged the wrapping on the rear rims and the wrapping is off from several spots. So not happy with it.

Andrew and his team have fixed some issues that I had struggled to get resolved from another garage that had replaced the cam belt and all drive belts. He had discovered missing nuts and bolts and incorrect sized drive belts. I had concerns with a knocking/rattle sound coming from the engine when idling. The alternators adjustment bolt had not been tightened back up and so the nut came off, the bolt came out and had allowed the alternator to angle downwards causing wear and rattling. There was a missing bolt on the engine fan and an incorrect bolt on the cam belt housing cover where Andrew found the correct one sitting on the sump plate!! All the new belts were oversized because the adjusters were at their max setting. Andrew took photos of the troubled areas and so all was made very clear. I now have original manufacturer belts installed and all mounting bolts fixed. The camper runs perfect now. Well worth the costs to get this done. I will certainly be coming to Auto Super Shoppe Stoddard Road from now on. Great communication and good listeners to get the job done. Well done!! Dont go here for WOF. My car failed for a few different reasons which they wouldnt let me talk to the technician about to properly understand. One of these was that the hood latch was loose. I then took it to a panel beater who welded it back on. They failed it again because apparently the whole part that holds the hood latch needs to be replaced. I asked again politely to see the technician instead of the receptionist to properly explain this, as sourcing that exact part will be difficult and take months. She refused because theyre too busy and important to talk to their customers. If they had properly explained the issue in the first place then I wouldnt have wasted all that time and money trying to get it fixed, instead of replacing it. Now I cant possibly get it done within the recheck period. Another example, they said my almost new tyre had a puncture. When I asked to repair it, they said it was irreparable and need to replace which set be back $150 to $200. I took it to a shop down the road who pulled out the nail for $15. Surprise, surprise, at the recheck its a fail again because the thread patterns are incompatible. Could you not have told me this the first time?? They will continue to add new things each time, delaying things, and making your life miserable
