Was on queue for about half an hour to see a doctor when l came to the counter receptionist told we are not taking anymore patients today. At least they should have told to the people.when l told the receptionist she shook her head as who cares about you.and told if an emergency go to white cross.if you cannot handle patient's don't enrol more patients with greed . Time to find another practice who cares for its patient's.

Receptionist was very rude and impolite while I was talking with her on the phone for an appointment. She just hang up the phone before I finish speaking.

They are incompetent and disgusting frauds I am a New Zealand citizen but they are advising that I pay for and find my own maternity care pay for scans doctors visits there incompetence is so high I think majority of females that work in these places seem more concerned with trying to look good for any males that come through the door average appointment takes about 2weeka but if you are a good look male the female staff will try get an appointment within an hour but definitely within 24hours Incompetent disgusting and unacceptable medical care
