The best Doctor but the most horrible customer services on earth ! Their pathetic customer services forced me to change my GP and its over 3 weeks that they dont send my file to my New GP ! Their email address in their website is wrong and they dont receive any enquires from other clinic , they dont even bother to correct their email address ! For a very small surgery Im waiting over 10 months to finish my referral letter ! The surgeon sent them email many many times( included me ) but they dont even answer the surgeon ! My appointments by Doctor Alia been cancelled 4 times in 2 weeks and the last time her receptionist didnt even bother to text me or call and and let me know that my appointment been canceled for 4th time ! Feel so bad that I must leave my Favourite GP , but clearly is not enough as patients needs way more than that .

Please visit this clinic if you have half day to see a doctor....Had a horrible experience with Dr aalia. She took 35 minutes to see one of her pateint may be they were friends i dun knw...made me wait alomst an hour from my booking time. She took only 7 to 8 minutes to check me and prescribe medications..no thorough checks were done or cross questions were asked. Never ever going there back again ...unprofessional and unorganized clinic. I dont know how some people can become doctor...no morals. Wont visit again

The doctors are amazing, best by far. The receptionist not so much. I'm really disappointed that I have to write a bad review. This is an ongoing situation we're I have to deal with the bad customer service by the receptions there. I am very hesitant and get anxiety going to my family GP because of how rude the receptionist is. Today I called to book an appointment with my lovely Doctor. The reception was so rude I didn't book in because of how she spoke to me. Her name was sanjeeta or something in those terms. I am very sad at how great of a place and doctors are but very very rude receptions. Please do something because this has been like this for far too long.
