Very disappointed in customer services with an very short Indian girl (sorry uncertain for on name) have come in to the store several times and had very poor service attitude etc. great range but horrible service and have seen much better when being at your store in the past.

This company pierced the nose of my (barely) 13 year old daughter without my (or her mother's) permission or presence. Will be taking this up with the council.

Would really appreciate if the staff write the time when they are coming back from their 45 min break. Its really hard to guess and keep on waiting when they will be back and open the door. If they mention the time saying on lunch break see you back at 2.15 it will be helpful for a customer who has just come in the mall to shop from your store.

Thank you for the wonderful service from the lovely staff member on Sunday afternoon she was so helpful and pleasant. I needed to exchange an item the next day Monday and had another really lovely helpful young lady as well. So pleased to have had two really helpful staff Im most impressed. Thank you both.

Went there today and the girl who served me at the counter was so lovely and polite and she even complimented my boots that I had on, best customer service I've experienced in a very long time, would go back just to chat with her
