Hey guys, I went to your botany store today and checked the availability for multicoloured armchair with ottoman, I was told 2 pieces are there in the warehouse located in northcote. We decided to to go and pay at the design store northcote branch and pick up the armchair from the warehouse(which was behind the northcote branch). I paid and then went to the warehouse to collect my armchair. The warehouse guys told us :please go back to the store and speak to the manager as this is out of stock. I went to the store and saw the manager packing the floor piece for me but I did not wanted the floor piece as many people might have sat on the chair or may be its on the floor from ages.. but she was very adamant on one thing that take your money back or take the floor piece on full price. Was not accepting her mistake of misleading us. Initially when the manager was making the sale was very sweet and polite but after all this I asked her to give me some discount as its a floor piece and you guys have mislead us.. The manager was like I cannot do anything on the price..as I have to take the permission from the higher authorities and I know there answer would be NO WE CANNOT(her assumption) and I COULD FEEL SOME RUDE VIBES Manager there was forcing me to buy a floor piece and did not apologise once for wasting my time by selling something which is not there in the stock and asking for full price to sell her floor piece.
